Hello guys! sharing with you my first attempt at 55 fiction . For those who are not familiar with 55 fiction .ok!

55 Fiction :-55 fiction" is the art of writing a short story in 55 words or less. At first glance, it sounds ridiculous but if you read a few you may be suprised just how much you can say in such a short space.

I'm watching her.She's  beautiful in her blue saree. .From the past 30 minutes her mesmerizing voice drove me crazy. I don't know how i'm going to tell her about my.........

"Pay attention"  She shouted!

My chin slipped off from my hand ,awakened guiltily with abashment ."huh! it's time to concentrate on my lesson again" I thought

10 things that came to my mind while writing this blog post

1. I love winter season. who don't  love to get crawled up
inside the blanket . but when you have exams. You can't do that . can you?. My situation is very similar to the boy in the picture. too much to study but  too little time.Ofcourse every  engineering student suffers with the same problem.
                    Anyway I am half way through, 3 exams were finished . more three to go.To be honest, my exams were satisfactory,mind you not "good" just satisfactory.


2.In  the amidst of exams, i still managed to watch some movies. Thanks to the electives, we got 5 days holidays including a bandh for "EMI" exam, . I watched "The machinist" ,"inception"(for the first time) and "The social network" . All the three were good .But  "The machinist" is one hell of a movie.Christian bale at his best


3.I m a novel addict,more than anyone else if u ask me, Last month I had read 6 novels, and next on my list "Good Omen" and "How Opal Mehta Got  Kissed Got Wild and Got a Life"(pretty long title .. eh? :P)


4.Ooaa! My sweet sister "Karthika" is going to get married to "Ashwin" on 28th of this month.I am ahhhhhh! what a sweet lookin couple . My best wishes for them :)


5. ohh ya! my best friend "Pavan Bhasker" celebrated  his birthday yesterday. I could have dedicated a blog post for him. But damn! exams. Anyway wish u a many many happy returns of the day pavan .


6. Ah! atlast finally India won the third and final  test match of the series. They crushed newzealand comprehensively. This series will be remembered for few things . First Newzealanders they showed great temperment and attitude.Every one thought that this series would be 3-0 series . Surprisingly newzeland fought hard and managed two draws and almost went on to win the first test.Thanks to Bhajji whose outstandng performance made India to save the test match.Hope he continue  performing  well with the bat and India's thirst of Allrounder would be quenched with him .And last the "WALL" still stands. We will see more cricket from Rahul Dravid in near future.


7. Kudos to Somdev who won 2 goldmedals in Asian games.but shooters let us down , I really want to see india in top 5, Hope we will get more medals in the coming days :)


8. "sidney nagaram" from Orange is the best song i have heard lately.Karunya has amazing voice. I was humming this song like 100 times a day .


9.Ahh comtemplation...,  more 1 to go .....


10. hurrahh!  I did it. mission accomplished :D

Movie :- Front of the Class
Genre:- Comedy/Drama


 I watched this movie two days back and thought i should share it with you all .
This movie is based on the true story of Brad Cohen(award winning author) -- played in the movie by Jimmy Wolk.He could have easily got an oscar.what an acting really .

The main Protoganist “Brad cohen” has a weird syndrome which happened to be “tourett syndrome” ,the people with tourett syndrome were uncontrollably foul-mouthed .there are very small percentage of people with this disablility. Brad type of tourett  makes him to emanate some weird noises like dog bark, tic tac all the time .

The movie starts with the young Brad , how he suffered with touretts, how  he was  humiliated by his fellow mates and  estranged from the all the people around him. But he never lets his  touretts to ruin his life. Fortunately he shifts to another school , finds an inspiring principal there  and from then he never looks back. He completes  his schooling  with superior performance.

He sets an ambition  to become a teacher. He applies for all the schools in his city. He fails in each and every interview because of his so called constant companion Taurett syndrome .After innumerous attempts(24 schools turned him down), he succeeds and  recruited as a 2^nd grade teacher in some school.Then a few months later, he  becomes the “Best teacher of Georgia” ,which concludes the movie ..

A true and Inspiring story  . Director Peter Werner was superb., Jimmys Wolk who played “Brad cohen”  character , was spectacular. He acted naturally as if he is really suffering with tourett, I think he is   better than the many A grade heroes of  Hollywood . Casting is really impeccable .

And i do  think that this  movie and book should be a must in every school library in the world. Every classroom should have this book as a must read. Every teacher needs to own and re read this book to be a better teacher.

My rating 9/10  :)

Labs Externals!!

Why should we have exams?


Don't you think they suck the best moments of life. Ofcourse if cheating goes well,everything goes well .But what if we get caught? such kind of nail biting and embarassing situations often occurs in Labs ...


Ahh labs!
The only advantage of these labs is that they help to get the threshold of attendence.These labs are guided by the lab assistants who barely knew the subject.


I really wonder how people expect us to do those horrible,Puzzling and confusing lab experiments.And these drooping Labs lasts for 3 damn hours.


Nonetheless lab externals is always mysterious for the past 4 years,this is my 6th semister.And Luck has to swivel if you want to get out of the scared room with smiling,jumping and flying colours ..
Anyway we had Optical communications and microwave Lab today.Executed, I really didnt need any luck for those damn easy experiments..But the worst part is Viva. I couldn't able to answer any of the external examiner's Questions.Let me explain, I got "Magic Tee" experiment , and she asked me why the name Magic is given for Magic Tee.Jesus christ!! who cares the word magic in magic tee .And Forget to mention "Mr.Google" failed to answer that question. How am i supposed to answer?... 


Phew!!Worst is over , Only one lab to go. we have our last lab external on 12th(digital Signal Processing)


Yes!!this  was the time for celebrations.It's all over mann...no more lllllabs.out of  the  lab was like, out of nothingness into completeness .
Its all ended,indeed never again.


And this is my opinion, Everyone had their own opinions.I am not saying that labs are good for nothing.., but as a student i really think lab sucks..What about you?
